How to Use
Vagisil® Extra Strength Anti-Itch Creme is developed to help temporarily relieve itching, burning, and discomfort in the external vaginal and vulvar area due to minor irritation, dryness, or inflammatory conditions.
- Clean and dry the affected external area before application.
- Apply a thin layer of the cream to the irritated area once or twice daily.
- Gently rub in until the cream is absorbed.
- Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
- Use this product for up to 7 days unless directed otherwise by a healthcare provider.
Avoid internal vaginal application — this product is intended only for external use.
Dosage
There is no “dosage” like with oral medications, but correct frequency and amount support safe and effective relief:
- Adults & Adolescents (12 years and older): Apply a thin layer to the affected external area once or twice daily.
- Do not exceed 7 days of continuous use without medical advice.
- Avoid use in children under 12 years unless instructed by a healthcare professional.
Proper application ensures targeted relief while minimizing unnecessary absorption of hydrocortisone into deeper tissue.

- Medical Consultation: Ask a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
