How to take it

Adults: take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician. Children 1 year and older: 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a physician; for young children, open the capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after antibiotics. At 3 capsules a day, a bottle lasts 60 days.

Before you start

Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (for example AIDS, lymphoma, or long-term corticosteroid treatment). Stop use and consult a physician if digestive upset such as diarrhea occurs, worsens or lasts more than 3 days. Keep out of reach of children. Read and follow the label directions and cautions.
