Specification

4 mg nicotine per pouch. 120 pouches in this pack (5 cans). Tobacco-free: water, plant-based fibres, flavouring, sweeteners and pharmaceutical-grade nicotine. Nothing is burned, inhaled or spat out.

Using them

The pouch goes between your upper lip and gum and stays there — don't chew it. Nicotine absorbs through the mouth lining over about an hour, then the pouch is discarded. Stick to the daily maximum on the package, and plan to taper: NRT is a bridge off cigarettes, not a permanent replacement.
