NFH

Shop the NFH range — one of the largest selections available in Canada, covering the full SAP line across vitamins, minerals, probiotics, omegas and targeted formulas.

What the SAP designation means

Almost every NFH product carries the SAP suffix — Science and Application Personified. It signals that the formula and its dosing are built around published research rather than convention, which is why NFH doses often sit higher than mass-market equivalents. Comparing an NFH product to a drugstore version on price per bottle is misleading; compare price per active milligram instead.

What sets the range apart

  • Canadian formulated and manufactured. NFH is based in Quebec and produces to Health Canada standards, with every product carrying an NPN.
  • Higher active doses. Formulas are typically dosed at levels used in clinical research, not the minimum needed for a label claim.
  • Third-party tested for identity, potency and contaminants.
  • Minimal excipients. Short ingredient lists with fewer fillers, binders and colourings.

Popular NFH categories

The range is broad, so it helps to narrow by need: probiotics (ProBio SAP, S. Boulardii SAP), magnesium in citrate, oxide and L-threonate forms, iron including the well-tolerated Heme Iron SAP line, omegas and essential fatty acids, and digestive support including Plant Enzymes SAP and Ox Bile SAP.

Multiple sizes on most formulas

Many NFH products come in more than one count — 30, 60, 90 and 120 capsules on several lines. The larger sizes are usually better value per capsule, so it's worth checking both before adding to cart, particularly on the Heme Iron and ProBio ranges.

NFH formulas are potent and some are dosed well above standard daily intakes. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are managing an ongoing health condition, check with your healthcare provider before adding a new supplement.
