What is in it

4 mg of pharmaceutical-grade nicotine per pouch, in a base of water, plant fibres, flavouring and sweeteners. No tobacco leaf, no combustion, no vapour, no spitting. Each pouch releases nicotine gradually over roughly an hour.

How to use
