How to use

Adults: 1 capsule daily, or as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner. If you are also taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2 to 3 hours before or after them.

Cautions

Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.
