Annatto-E™ 150, 30 Softgels

Annatto-E 150 provides vitamin E in its tocotrienol form: 150 mg of delta- and gamma-tocotrienols per softgel from annatto (DeltaGold®). It contains no tocopherols, which can compete with tocotrienols for absorption.

What it's used for

• Source of antioxidants that help protect cells against free radical damage
• Source of vitamin E for the maintenance of good health

How to use

Adults: 1 softgel daily in the evening with food, or as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner. For best results, take it at least 6 hours apart from any vitamin E supplement containing d-alpha tocopherol.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take blood thinners.
