NFH B-Complex SAP is a one-a-day B vitamin formula that uses activated forms of several key B vitamins. Riboflavin-5'-phosphate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, methylcobalamin and L-methylfolate are already in the forms your body uses, so no conversion step is needed. The formula also uses a flush-free form of niacin.
