Non-medicinal: gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate

How to take

Adults 18+: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening, with food
No more than 2 capsules a day; swallow whole with water
Missed one? Take it unless the next dose is close
Not for children under 18
