Sinus & Nasal
Saline sprays, medicated decongestants, allergy nasal sprays and sinus tablets from trusted brands including Otrivin, Flonase, Salinex, Dristan, Sinutab, Reactine and Claritin, shipped across Canada.
Which sinus product is right for you?
- Saline sprays and drops (Salinex, Rhinaris): drug-free moisture that rinses and soothes dry or stuffy noses. Safe to use as often as needed, including for kids, with age-appropriate products.
- Medicated decongestant sprays (Otrivin, Dristan, Drixoral): fast relief of a blocked nose from colds or allergies. They're for short-term use only; using them longer than the label allows can cause rebound congestion.
- Corticosteroid allergy sprays (Flonase): treat nasal allergy symptoms when used daily. Full effect can take several days.
- Sinus tablets (Sinutab, Sudafed, Mucinex, Reactine Complete): combine a decongestant with a pain reliever or antihistamine for sinus pressure and headache.
- Nasal gels (Secaris): moisturize irritated, dry nasal passages, especially in heated winter air.
Use with care
Oral decongestants aren't suitable for everyone. Speak with a pharmacist first if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes or glaucoma, or if you take other medications. Check combination products so you don't double up on the same ingredient. See a healthcare provider if sinus symptoms last more than 10 days, or come with a high fever or severe facial pain.
