Pepto Bismol Chewable Tablets 24 ct

Pepto-Bismol Chewable Tablets bring the familiar five-symptom relief in a portable form. They work for nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach and diarrhea. Chew them with no water needed, which makes them handy for travel, work or a night out.

Medicinal ingredient

• Bismuth subsalicylate. See the package for the amount per tablet.

How to use

For ages 12 and older. Chew completely, or let the tablet dissolve in your mouth. Follow the package for the dose, how often to take it and the daily maximum. Drink plenty of fluids if you have diarrhea.

Important

• Contains a salicylate (related to ASA). Do not use it if you are allergic to ASA, take blood thinners, or have a bleeding disorder or ulcer.
• Not for children or teens recovering from flu or chickenpox, because of the risk of Reye's syndrome.
• Don't self-treat diarrhea that comes with fever, or with blood or mucus in the stool. See a doctor.
• A temporary, harmless darkening of the tongue or stool is normal.
• Stop use if you get ringing in the ears. See a doctor if diarrhea lasts more than 2 days.
