Buckley's Complete Cough, Cold & Flu Extra Strength - Day/Night, 24 caplets

Buckley's Complete Extra Strength pairs a non-drowsy day caplet with a night caplet that adds an antihistamine, so you can treat cough, congestion, fever and aches all day and still get some sleep.

Medicinal ingredients (per caplet)

• Day: acetaminophen 500 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg
• Night: the same three ingredients plus chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg (antihistamine, may cause drowsiness)

Dosing (adults and children 12+)

• 2 caplets every 4–6 hours as needed, using night caplets when you can rest
• Maximum 8 caplets in 24 hours, day and night combined
• Swallow whole with water; not for children under 12

Safety

• Contains acetaminophen: never combine with other acetaminophen products. Too much can seriously damage the liver
• Talk to your doctor first if you have liver disease, drink alcohol heavily, have heart disease or high blood pressure, take medicine for blood pressure, allergies or sleep, or are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Avoid alcohol
• Common effects: drowsiness (night), dizziness, upset stomach
• Stop and get medical help for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual tiredness, swelling, trouble breathing, a racing or irregular heartbeat, or overdose signs like loss of appetite, sweating or confusion
