Buckley's Complete Cough, Cold & Flu Extra Strength - Day/Night, 48 Caplets

The larger 48-caplet Buckley's Complete pack, for long colds or a whole household. A day caplet handles cough, stuffy nose, fever and aches without drowsiness; the night caplet adds an antihistamine for runny nose and sneezing so you can rest.

What's in each caplet

• Day and night: acetaminophen 500 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg
• Night only: chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg (may cause drowsiness)
• Non-medicinal ingredients are listed on the package

How to take (12 and older)

• 2 caplets every 4–6 hours as needed; take night caplets when you can sleep
• Never more than 8 caplets in 24 hours across both types, and keep track so day and night doses don't overlap
• Swallow whole with water. Not for children under 12
