Vicks Vaporub Ointment 100 g (115 ml)

Vicks VapoRub is the classic medicated chest rub. Its soothing vapours help relieve cough and the stuffy-nose feeling of a cold, especially at night. It can also be rubbed into minor muscle aches.

How to use

• For cough and congestion, rub it onto the chest and throat. Loose clothing over the chest lets the vapours reach you.
• For muscle aches, massage it into the sore area.
• Follow the package for how often to apply it.

Important safety information

• Not for children under 2.
• Never put it in or under the nose, in the mouth, or near the eyes. Never heat it or use it in a vaporizer or hot water.
• For external use only. Camphor is toxic if swallowed. Keep it out of reach of children.
• Don't apply it to wounds or damaged skin, and don't bandage over it tightly.
• See a doctor if your cough lasts more than 7 days, keeps coming back, or comes with fever, rash or a persistent headache.
