Drinking cranberry juice by the litre isn't practical, and much of it is sugar. Utiva concentrates the part of cranberry that matters, proanthocyanidins (PACs), into one capsule a day at the 36 mg level used in research on preventing urinary tract infections.

How it works

Cranberry PACs make it harder for bacteria to stick to the walls of the urinary tract, so they're flushed out when you urinate.

Formula

  • Cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon) standardised to 36 mg PACs per capsule
  • Non-medicinal: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose capsule, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide
  • Sugar-free, vegan, no artificial preservatives

How to take

  • Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, with or without food
  • Take every day for ongoing protection
