How to use

• Lay your baby on their back or tilt the head back slightly.
• Put a few drops into each nostril, following the package directions.

• Using it before feeds and sleep can help most.

Good to know

• Use one bottle per child, and clean the tip after use.
• See a doctor if your baby has trouble breathing or feeding, has a fever (any fever under 3 months), or has congestion that lasts more than 10 days.
