RS Fibre is a resistant starch powder made from organic green banana flour and organic potato starch. Resistant starch passes undigested to the large intestine, where beneficial bacteria ferment it into short-chain fatty acids that nourish the gut lining.

How to use

Adults: mix into water or your drink of choice as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner. Start with a small amount and increase gradually. Drink plenty of fluids.

Cautions

May cause temporary gas or bloating when first starting. Take other medications at least 2 hours before or after fibre. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a bowel obstruction or difficulty swallowing.
