PreTrain NRG is a cherry-lime pre-workout powder. It combines caffeine and L-theanine (in a 2:1 ratio) with N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine, ATP and creatine magnesium chelate (Creatine MagnaPower®) for energy and focus during training.

How to use

Adults: mix into water before training as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
