NFH ProBio SAP, 90 Capsules

NFH ProBio SAP is a high-dose, 10-strain probiotic — 11 billion CFU — in an enteric-coated capsule that resists stomach acid, ensuring live cells actually reach the intestine rather than being destroyed en route.

Why enteric coating matters for probiotics

Stomach acid is highly effective at killing bacteria — that's its job — which means a significant portion of live cultures in an uncoated probiotic capsule never make it past the stomach. The enteric coating on this formula dissolves only once it reaches the intestine, protecting the 10-strain blend until it's actually where it needs to work. It also includes fructooligosaccharides and arabinogalactan prebiotics to help the surviving bacteria establish and thrive once they arrive, supporting digestive comfort, gastrointestinal immunity, and healthy mineral absorption.

Often chosen by

• Anyone wanting a high-survivability probiotic that actually reaches the gut
• People supporting general digestive comfort and immune health
• Those who've found standard (non-coated) probiotics less effective
