NFH Vitamin D3 SAP Liquid 1000 IU, 30 mL

This is the larger 30 mL bottle of NFH's liquid vitamin D3, at 1000 IU per drop. It is a good size for families or for anyone who takes vitamin D every day all year. Drops are easy to adjust and to give to children.

Why vitamin D

Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium for strong bones and teeth, and it supports normal immune function. In Canada, the sun is too weak to make enough vitamin D in the skin for much of the year.

How to use
