NFH Cal-Mag SAP combines calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, and vitamin D3 in a balanced 3:2 calcium-to-magnesium ratio — citrate forms chosen specifically because they absorb better than the carbonate forms found in many drugstore calcium supplements.

Why the ratio and the form matter
