NFH Bifido SAP is a targeted probiotic blend of four bifidobacteria strains — B. longum, B. breve, B. bifidum, and B. infantis — genera that are among the earliest colonizers of the infant gut and remain central to a healthy adult microbiome.

Why bifidobacteria specifically

Bifidobacteria strains play an outsized role in digesting dietary fibre and plant compounds the body can't break down alone, producing short-chain fatty acids that feed the cells lining the colon. They're also closely tied to immune maturation and to keeping less favourable bacteria in check, which is why bifido-dominant formulas are often used for general gut rebalancing.
