Nestle Materna Prenatal Multivitamins is a once-daily prenatal multivitamin designed to support women's increased nutritional needs before conception, throughout pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. One tablet a day provides key vitamins and minerals, including 100% of the recommended daily amount of folic acid, to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken at least three months before pregnancy and in early pregnancy. Directions for use:

• Adults: 1 tablet daily with food prior to conception, during pregnancy, and when breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
