Clotrimaderm Vaginal 3 cream, 25g

A shorter, three-night treatment for vaginal yeast infections. Clotrimaderm Vaginal 3 contains clotrimazole 2%, an antifungal that works right at the site of the Candida overgrowth to relieve itching, burning and thick white discharge.

Formula

• Medicinal: clotrimazole 2% w/w
• Non-medicinal: cetostearyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, isopropyl myristate, purified water

How to use

1. Wash your hands and empty your bladder
2. Fill the applicator with one dose of cream
3. Lying on your back with knees bent, insert the applicator gently and press the plunger
4. Repeat at bedtime for 3 nights in a row and finish the full course even if you feel better sooner

Check first

• See a health professional instead if this is your first yeast infection, or if you have fever, pelvic pain, foul-smelling discharge, irregular bleeding, sores or pain when urinating
• Tell your provider if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, diabetic, immunocompromised or getting frequent infections
• Avoid tampons, douches, spermicides and other vaginal products during treatment. The cream can weaken latex condoms and diaphragms
• Mild burning, itching, redness or cramping can happen. Stop and seek care for severe irritation, rash, swelling or pain, or if symptoms persist after treatment
