All the fever and pain relief of Children's Tylenol, without artificial colours. This berry liquid is gentle on little stomachs and comes with a syringe for precise dosing in children too young for tablets.

Formula

  • Medicinal: acetaminophen 160 mg per 5 mL
  • Non-medicinal: citric acid, glycerin, natural and artificial berry flavour, polyethylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution, sucralose
  • Dye-free

Dosing chart

  • Repeat every 4–6 hours as needed, up to 5 doses in 24 hours
  • Not for under 2 without medical guidance
  • Shake well before each dose; rinse the syringe afterwards

  • No other acetaminophen products at the same time
  • Don't use if your child is allergic to acetaminophen; check with a doctor if they have liver disease
  • See a doctor if fever continues past 3 days or pain past 5 days
  • Seek immediate help for severe rash, breathing difficulty or unusual tiredness; overdose can damage the liver
