Children's Advil Suspension Dye-Free Bubble Gum, 100 mL

For parents who prefer to skip artificial colours, Children's Advil Dye-Free delivers the same ibuprofen relief in a bubble gum liquid that's easy to measure by weight. It eases fever and the aches of colds and flu, sore throats, earaches, toothaches and bumps and bruises in children 2 to 11.

Formula

• Medicinal: ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 mL
• Non-medicinal: cellulose, citric acid, glycerin, polysorbate 80, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sucrose, xanthan gum, bubble gum flavour
• No dyes, no aspirin

Dosing chart

Dose by weight if you know it, otherwise by age. Use only the dosing device in the box.

Repeat every 6–8 hours if needed, staying within the daily maximum on your package. See a doctor if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days.

Safety

• Shake well; give with food or milk if it upsets the stomach
• Don't use if your child is allergic to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs, or with other ibuprofen products
• Ask a doctor first if your child has asthma, kidney or heart problems, past stomach ulcers or bleeding, or takes other medicine
• Possible effects: upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, dizziness. Get immediate help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe rash
