CanPrev L-Taurine Vegan Amino Acid Powder | 450 g

Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid found throughout the body. It plays a part in heart function, electrolyte balance, bile production and nervous system activity. CanPrev offers it as a straightforward vegan powder: pure L-taurine, unflavoured, with no fillers or artificial colours or flavours.

Why powder

• Adjust the amount precisely with a scoop
• Easy alternative to capsules; mixes into water, juice or a smoothie
• The 450 g tub is good value for daily, long-term use

How to take

• Adults: the serving on the label, or the amount your health practitioner advises, measured with a clean, dry scoop
• Stir into a cold drink until dispersed; many people take it in the morning or before training
• Don't add to hot liquids; reseal the tub after each use

Precautions

• Pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or managing kidney, heart or metabolic conditions: check with a health professional first
• Too much at once, or on an empty stomach, can cause stomach upset, nausea or loose stools
• Store sealed, cool and dry; don't use if the seal is broken. Keep away from children
