B-Supreme is a complete B vitamin complex made with active, ready-to-use forms, including folate as Quatrefolic® and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. It also adds choline and trimethylglycine (TMG).

What it's used for

How to use

Adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless.
