Adrien Gagnon Melatonin liquid 3 Mg , 110 mL

Jet lag, shift work, stress and late-night screens can all throw off the body's own melatonin, the hormone that signals it is time to sleep. This liquid from Adrien Gagnon supplies a measured 3 mg dose to help you fall asleep and get your sleep-wake rhythm back on track. A liquid is handy if you dislike swallowing tablets.
