Acet 160 mg Acetaminophen Suppositories USP, 12 units

Acet 160 mg suppositories give acetaminophen rectally. They are useful when a child is vomiting, can't swallow, or refuses liquid or chewable medicine. Acetaminophen relieves mild to moderate pain and reduces fever.

• Acetaminophen 160 mg per suppository

How to use

• Choose the dose from the weight and age chart on the package.
• Leave at least 4 hours between doses, and give no more than 5 doses in 24 hours.
• Do not give with any other product that contains acetaminophen.
• Store in a cool place so the suppositories stay firm.

Important

• Ask a doctor before using in a child younger than the package age range.
• See a doctor if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain lasts more than 5 days.
• Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious liver damage.
