5-HTP Synergy is the lower-strength option in the Designs for Health 5-HTP range, a good starting point if you are new to 5-HTP. Each capsule contains 50 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan with 10 mg of vitamin B6 in its active P5P form.

How to use

Adults: 1 capsule daily, or as directed on the label or by your health care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not combine with antidepressants (including SSRIs or MAOIs) or other products that raise serotonin levels. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking any prescription medication.
