Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post and UPS.

• 0–2 kg: $14.90 CAD
• 2–30 kg: $21.90 CAD
• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD

Estimated delivery times within Canada are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through Canada Post or UPS.
