• Day Formula: Take 2 caplets every 4 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 caplets in a 24-hour period.
• Night Formula: Take 2 caplets 30 minutes before bed to support restful sleep. Do not take more than 4 caplets in a 24-hour period.

For both formulas, swallow caplets whole with water. Do not crush or chew them. Ensure you follow the dosing schedule for both day and night formulations to avoid any overlap.

Dosage

• Adults and Children 12 Years and Older:
  • Day Formula: Take 2 caplets every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 caplets in a 24-hour period.
  • Night Formula: Take 2 caplets 30 minutes before sleep, for a maximum of 4 caplets in 24 hours.
• Children Under 12 Years: This product is not recommended for children under 12.
